Functional on a budget - though design isn't great
A basic entry level device. Would be fine for a few occasional shows, but as needs increase it's limits reveal themselves. Some form of EQ will be required and also single coil can be a little hissy. My major complaint with this was the proprietary jack plug 'repair' system. It creates a very unreliable connection and coupled with the cable type made it unlikely that i'd use it live on a regular basis. I did contact the company about this on the customer feedback form and never recieved any response. Positive points are that you can electrify a steel strung acoustic guitar very quickly and on a reasonably price point.

Essential backup
I've never used it other than to check if it works. It's a backup in my bag just in case my LR Baggs should let me down in the middle of an evening.

Useful but quiet
As the pickup is passive, you'll really need a preamp to get the most out of this, so slightly less plus-and-play than I'd have liked, but serves very well with the right setup.
