A little more metallic than uncoated D'Addario's
Having played many sets of uncoated D'Addario strings, these clearly sound somewhat more metallic. Intonation was slightly off because the previous set was thicker, but after adjusting the truss rod accordingly, it's spot-on. I know I prefer the warmer sound of uncoated, but I'll post an update in two or three months about how fresh the tone remains.
They feel a tiny bit more rigid, too. I have uncoated strings of the same gauge and brand on another acoustic, and they feel slightly more flexible.
