Good for some applications

I bought these strings after playing the NYXL for a long time.
I put them on my Fender Strat which I use for low gain, clean and edge of breakup.
Overall I am disappointed with them.
You loose zing in the high end and it is very noticeable with single coils and low gain. They sound good in the low mids and bass spectrum but the high end suffers.
They might be good for other styles and gain levels but I would not use them for blues, jazz or wherever this combination of low gain and single coils are employed.
The quality of the strings is however very good, they have a nice elastic feel and will last a very long time.
