After many years (decades) playing on Rico and D'Addario later, sadly have to say no to these reeds.
Consistency is much better than the recent years, but, organics make me salivate like crazy.
The worse part is that the reeds die almost out of the box.
I am a working musician and cannot afford a reed I cannot rely on.
Sorry D'Addario

Je jouais auparavant la version non organic dans cette force. j'étais déjà comblé après des années en lavoz MH . Jouant plus souvent sur des ouvertures 8 et 9, le choix du 2H s'est imposé. il y a une différence notable pour moi entre les 3S et les 2H. La version organic m'a effrayé au départ car la première anche jouée n'avait pas les qualités de l'ancienne version. finalement , je m'y suis retrouvé passé la période de doute. Pour le reste, flexibilité de son entre brillance et relative rondeur sont là. Il y a peu de déchet dans la boite. la longévité des anches est moyenne. Si on joue dans un contexte demandant de la puissance, l'anche perd sa relative rigidité rapidement. ( les 3S ne pallient pas ce problème car le son est différent). confort de jeu et palette sonore sont les aspects que je mettrais en tête des qualités. Peu de travail à faire sur l'anche avant de la valider pour un gig.

Ein wirklich ausgeglichenes gut verarbeitetes Blatt. Kein Ausfall und gute Haltbarkeit!
Aus meiner Sicht entspricht das 2H dem Gonzalez Tenor Sax Reed Local 627 in Stärke 3 oder dem Gonzalez RC Tenor Saxophone in Stärke 2,5
Es wurde mir von meinem Musiklehrer empfohlen und ich bin darüber sehr dankbar!
Ausgezeichnet!
Ach genau- Ich spiele ein Buescher und nutze das ESM Mundstück - 7“

Gran caña para jazz

Muy buenas cañas, con un sonido más oscurito, muy uniforme y estable, muy buena sobre todo para jazz aunque una caña de esta calidad sirve para todo. En mi experiencia no siempre salen todas las de la caja buenas, pero igual las compro. Hace poco probé la medida 2medium porque uso una boquilla bastante abierta, y ya no me gustó tanto, pero las 2H, o las 3S, grandes cañas.
