Solid set of strings

These D'Addario strings are affordable and long lasting and best of all, there were two sets for a very reasonable price. Got a very bright sound from them. They area great for casual use as I got about six months use out of one set. So basically a year worth of bass playing goodness from the pack itself! They are made from nickel, which is cheaper than your regular Rotosound or Ernie Ball round wounds that I would typically use but the price that Thomann were charging was simply too good to turn down! I believe more string makers should be making multi sets with professional musicians in mind and D'Addario certainly made a good set here.

Great strings for the price

Very bright comparing to the old ones I had for an unknown period of time, I suppose they'll dull out with time.
Best value/price I've seen, specially when locally i can purchase one set of strings for double the price these two sets cost on thomann.

at a great price... not for all basses recommended. I like them on rosewood fretboards, not so much on maple... smooth sounding, nice touch, good life time. At the price you can´t go wrong. Try them yourself..
