Gut zum Testen

Als Anfänger habe ich diese Mundharmonika eher aus Neugier gekauft. Ich habe bereits eine Hohner Blues Harp MS C und wollte gerne eine Seydel im Vergleich dazu haben.
Durch die unterschiedlichen Stimmungen kann ich die Mundharmonikas nicht direkt vergleichen (ich bin mit beiden Sounds sehr zufrieden).
Die Seydel Big Six Folk klingt auf jeden Fall sehr gut und sie lässt sich auch gut spielen. Besonders der abgerundete Kanzellenkörper gefällt mir besser als der der Blues Harp MS, die Gehäusekanten (Metall-Kanten) finde ich bei der Blues Harp MS etwas angenehmer.
Die Seydel Bix Six Folk bekommt eine Empfehlung von mir, ein sehr gutes Instrument und aufgrund der Größe zum 'immer dabei haben' hervorragend geeignet.

Big six : Petit mais costaud

J'adore ce petit bijoux. Étanche, puissant, réactif, solide. Un son agréable, chaleureux, juste. Une prise en main évidente, confort des lèvres impeccable et des lames faciles à jouer.

Pas facile pour les bends, par contre, mais l'accordage "orchestre" ne se prête pas au blues de toute façon. Oui, il manque des notes, néanmoins celles qui sont là sont vraiment de bonne qualité. Il possède 12 notes dans l'ordre : do ré mi fa sol la si do ré mi fa sol sur la même octave qu'un harmo en do standard (en partant du trou n°1).

Rapport qualité-prix hallucinant. Je ne m'en sépare plus.

Stimmzungenbruch nach knapp 4 Wochen

Die Mundharmonika C.A. SEYDEL SÖHNE BIG SIX FOLK gekauft 19.11.2010 ist ohne ersichtlichen Grund auf Kanal 4 blasen nach nur wenigen Stunden des sorgsamen Gebrauchs defekt geworden. Die Stimmzunge verstimmte sich mehrere Töne nach unten und ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
Fazit: Stimmzungenbruch. Hmmm, ich dachte, die Edelstahlstimmzungen wären ein Schritt nach vorne, aber meine China-Harp vom Discounter für 5 EUR tut's seit Jahren und hier nach nur 1 Monat ein Totalausfall.

Vom Sound und der Ansprache her wirklich ein tolles Instrument, aber das enttäuscht mich jetzt schon sehr.

NACHTRAG:
Thomann hat sofort Ersatz geschickt, mit diesem Instrument bisher keine Probleme, allerdings halte ich mich beim Üben des Überblasens / Bending seitdem etwas zurück.... Der Sound begeistert nach wie vor! Gesamtpunktzahl jetzt nach oben korrigiert.

Quel son, quelle facilité, que du plaisir !

C'est un hamo atypique, et en même temps un concentré de plaisir.
Le modèle "Folk" est accordé comme un harmonica solist.
Les notes naturelles de Do grave à Sol Médium sont toutes là, sans altérations, et les bends permettent d'obtenir facilement les Altérations. D?où un confort de jeux jamais atteint dans les graves.
Après réglages, je passe les overdraws sur le trou 6.

Mais le meilleur n'est pas là :
C'est vraiment un harmonica super expressif, avec une belle puissance et des graves faciles et magnifiques (un son "épais" et chaud).
Je n'avais jamais joué d'aussi beaux graves puissants sur un harmonica, ce que ne laissait pas présager sa petite taille.

Je ne m'en lasse pas et je vais même le customiser en posant des valves sur les trous 1 et 2 pour obtenir 3 notes graves de plus (le Si, le Sib et le La en dessous du Do grave, ce qui étendra beaucoup son répertoire).

Voilà, je suis séduit par cet harmo dont même la présentation en boite de conserve / résonateur en fait déjà un instrument d'exception.
