Breedlove, eine relativ junge Marke mit wechselvoller Geschichte, produziert seit mehr als 30 Jahren hochwertige - und hochpreisige Gitarren. So auch diese Discovery S Concert Nylon. Produziert in Asien, was der Verabreitungsqualität allerdings keinen Abbruch tut. Die Gitarre ist "astrein" verarbeitet und liegt (für meinen Geschmack) perfekt in der Hand. Mit der niedrigen Saitenlage und dem angenehmen Halsradius kann man prima über die Bünde gleiten. Verstärkt spiele ich die Gitarre über eine Fishman Loudebox bzw. einem zwischngeschaltetem ZOOM. Unverstärkt könnte sie für meinen Geschmack auf den hohen Saiten etwas mehr Sustain haben. Alles in allem ein klare Kaufempfehlung. Es wäre allerdings hilfreich, wenn (wie bei anderen Modellen auch) ein paar Tonbeispiele hörbar wären.
