Perfect, silent, durable
As said, it is perfect, well built, totally silent (in a room where you do not want noisy switches, here is a winner), it does the job with no issues at all. Two in into one output, or one in into two outputs, with no flaws. Please, remember to disconnect the jack that switches the unit on, so that you do not drain uselessly the batteries, they will last for a long time (100 hrs) if you switch it off.

Boss AB-2 switch
Great switch who uses more than one guitar on gig. Really best thing that every guitarist must have. It is also build like a tank, so you don't want to be worried about quallity.

Its Boss.
Boss is always very good equip, i have quite some Boss, @ Roland guitar amps, they never disapoint me.
My music is old european and also rock @ pop, solo or with a lady singer, gypsy.
Ii know theres other ways of doing this, but with 2 amps, one for lead, and one for "vocal backing" with my looper between the vocal backing amp @ the ABY.
I press my ABY and my looper keeps running through the vocal backing amp while i do some lead through the lead amp. Perfect.
There is a little, slight tone loss through the ABY, but i actually like this for my style of music.
Battery power alone is good for me, more wires, more problems.
A great little switch, and Boss equip is mostly bomb proof for a lifetime.
I recomend.👍

Well build, easy to operate, great price. if you need an AB selector pedal, this is a top choice.

SOLID & RELIABLE
Much more solid that you'd think and they work great. Don't leave them plugged in though or it will drain the battery.
I used two together to switch between 3 basses. never let me down.
