It's very fiddly (no pun intended) and I would have sent it back if I had not watched review videos first, like this one: great for short necked people (see video above).

It is too big for a standard violin case and for the price, it would be good if it came with a carry case.

The long life of the padding is questionable, as it comes part unstuck to aid initial fiddly adjustments.
