Funktioniert und toller Kundenservice

Es war zu erwarten, dass das Teil gut funktioniert usw. Ist ja nicht viel dran.
Was ich aber hervorstellen möchte:
Ich brauchte sechs dieser Teil am nächsten bzw. übernächsten Tag und schrieb deswegen dem Thomann-Team per Chat. Mit einer sehr netten Frau am anderen Ende fanden wir die Lösung, dass ich vorbeikomme und die Teile im Store abhole. Das Gespräch war super hilfreich und nett und sie kümmerte sich auch darum, dass ich im Thomann-Valley dann weiß, wo ich hin musste. Daher großes Lob an Thomann und eure Mitarbeiterin!
