Connection is super unstable via the Access point, otherwise seems ok, but if its not connected it can't be used at all

NO APP = USELESS
The app hasn't been updated so anytime you try to use the app, it crashes on a tablet. Makes it basically unusable. Otherwise, it would be great! Wish i'd had time to figure this out before I was no longer able to return it!!
