Decent versatile monitors for starting out
These were my first monitors and I used them for playing studio recordings and practically everything else on my PC too. I even used them once on stage, inside an 'empty' upright piano, with a CD player while pretending to play piano. And it sounded very convincing. This probably also demonstrates the sound level of these speakers. If you have a small studio space, these will be more than loud enough. Ok, so real studio monitors probably shouldn't have treble, bass controls on them. However, if your use is more casual hobby than critical application, then these's should suffice. The tone controls means you can use them for playing movies, music etc. as well. And these will last you a long time. I had them 2 years without a problem. I then upgraded to different speakers.

Great sound, so-so quality
Excellent audio quality for the price. The only problem with these speakers is that the power supply produces a constant hum, even when speakers are turned off. I've done some googling about the issue and it seems to be a common problem with these speakers. The good news is that the hum is not very loud, so at this price range I don't consider it a deal-breaker. If you're a perfectionist, you might want to stay away from these though.

Good basic speakers
I wanted these to improve on the cheap computer speakers I had before, and to enable me to start to play with recording at a very simple level. They do that fine - I'm aware they aren't as good as professional studio monitors, but don't expect them to be... Only thing I've noted is they need to be separated a bit from radio sources (e.g. phones) otherwise they buzz.
I've also been using them to practice playing and singing - they are easily loud enough to plug my mixer in and play acoustic and sing along which was a bit of an unexpected bonus...
Overall happy so far.

Decent product for price
Bought this item to be used as a small set of monitors for a church scenario. The quality is good but not great as a small plastic peg had broken off in transit. Aside from that the sound quality is fine for the purpose and volume is ok, however if these were being used to monitor recordings and for post mixing etc. they may not quite give the articulation some engineers/home recorders would like. Decent product for price.

very nice for the price
I've been always avoiding cheap Behringer products, but then I needed cheap small monitors to check how my tracks sound on small spekears like cheap PC speakers. Reviews were good so i gave it a try. They are actually not bad, sound is quite good and clean. High frequencies are not very present though (around 10khz). And there is no sub bass of course, I guess it goes down to around 80 or 70hz maybe. But i find them very useful just because of that. You have to be careful to point them directly to your head/ears. If the angle is not right, they sound awful. But when the angle is right, they sound quite good. Much better than similar priced PC speakers.

Great for the price!
Entry-level near-field monitors, great for a home studio on a budget. Sound is clear and transparent when the bass/treble are at 12 o'clock, they can double as pc speakers if you just turn up the bass and treble for a richer sound.
