Behringer B115MP3
For the price they can not be beaten. I say they are more like
300 watts and would do a crowd of about 100 people. The mp3 player
is a nice little handy addition. Only thing is that they scratch very easy
and suggest some sort of cover is needed for transport. If you run them
too hard they will clip and loose sound slighty, but i think thats the way they
are supposed to work. The are very light and you could carry both in each hand.

Great sound and solid build!
Over the past few years I have built up quite a stock of Behringer products - they are simply a good product at a great price. These speakers are another great example of this ethos. We use them for anything from PA at inside and outside events, to monitor speakers at concerts. They have a great response and the clarity of performance across the range is comparable to units that have cost us a lot more money. On the slightly negative side, these are heavy units. The plastic casing is solid but really needs to be handled by two people so not ideal if you are lifting them on to speaker stands - but this is really a very minor issue. The addition of the built in Mp3 player is really a bit of gimmick - it makes these units seem a bit like a glorified beat box and they really are a lot better than that. Another great job Behringer!
