Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed with this microphone. This is the second microphone i receive from Thomann, and the stereo function is still not working with my Canon EOS R camera. I have double checked with my Roland R-07 handheld recorder, and in stereo mode it still records mono. I'm usually a big fan of Audio-Technica products, but not this time!
