Ces peaux sont vraiment excellentes à tous points de vue. Une résonance assez longue sans harmonie disgracieuse surtout avec le revêtement coated qui vient ajouter du bas à ces peaux qui en sont déjà bien pourvues. Un touché agréable avec un rebond très exploitable, certainement dû à l'épaisseur particulière de cette double peau (plus fine qu'à l'accoutumé). Une qualité de fabrication irréprochable avec l'un des revêtements coated les plus solides du marché (comparaison faite). Une capacité d'adaptation à quasi tous les styles musicaux. Ich benütze das Fell seit kurzem auf einem Yamaha Tour Custom mit Aquarian Reso-Fellen. Ich hatte auch vorher Aquarian Schlagfelle, jedoch welche mit Powerdot und habe nach einem etwas "Rockiger" Sound gesucht.

Die Super 2 Coated liefern einen schönen fetten Sound mit gutem Anschlag und nicht zuviel Obertönen. Die Felle sind zudem sehr gut zu stimmen. Alles in allem habe ich genau für meine Rock-Bedürfnisse genau das bekommen was ich brauche.

Ich nutze die Felle auf der Schlagseite an TomTom und FloorTom mit Texture Coated Fellen auf der Resoseite an einem TAMA Superstar aus den 80ern. Bin wirklich zufrieden mit dem tiefen und kraftvollen Sound. In dieser Kombination kurzes Ausklingen der Toms und etwas dezenterer Stockanschlag, so wie gewollt. Es lässt sich einfach stimmen und das Coating hält gut.
