Feels and sounds exactly as the name says!

I bought this drumhead to try it in a blues-rock setting and I'm delighted. It's a very thick head and it shines in low to medium tunings. You get a very fat, warm and vintage tone out of it.
It's very durable as well.

I'm super happy with the purchase!

Moins de sustain, plus de son.

Un peu lassé des peaux qui résonnent pendant une plombe, je cherchais quelque chose de plus court sans avoir à mettre du gel, qui tue le son. J'adore ces peaux qui délivrent une sonorité riche mais ont peu de sustain.

J'accorde sur des notes précises, le réglage est plutôt délicat, et il faudra bricoler un peu pour que la peau de résonance ne déborde pas après la peau de frappe, mais le résultat est conforme à ce que je cherchais.

Ces peaux épaisses permettent également un jeu plus dynamique, il est plus facile de faire des notes fantômes et des accents qui ressortent bien.
Elles sont très résistantes, la durée de vie par rapport aux Fiberskyn que j'utilisais précédemment est multipliée par trois, bref, une bonne pioche.

Sur les 12 et 14, le résultat est excellent, mais le son pourra paraître un peu terne sur le tom de 10, dans ce cas une Modern Vintage II sera plus chantante et ne jurera pas avec les deux autres équipés en Deep II.

Schon erstaunlich, was man mit dem Fell so an Tiefe aus nem 10“ Tom rausholen kann. Optik, Haltbarkeit und Handling sind auch nach mehreren Proben sehr gut.

je recommande ce produit aux batteurs qui recherchent un son plutôt chaleureux ,et tout en "rondeur" avec suffisamment de puissance .
Je joue des reprises de J.J CALE sur un Kit YAMAHA Beech custom , cette peau de tom correspond plutôt bien à mes attentes .
