It protects your hearing while filtering too much sound
-Usage
Going to EDM parties/concerts.
-Pros
1. Filtered out a lot of sound, protecting your ears effectively that the ears do not feel pressure/hurt at all.
2. Different filters suitable for different events, it got you covered.
3. It includes a cord that avoid the ear plugs falling out, and it does the job well.
4. Comfortable.
5. Acceptable price for a hearing protection product.
-Cons
1. For me, it filters out too much sound even with the white filter. I lost so much excitement during the party that I could not hear the melody, vocals and the bass clearly, all songs get very muddy and unclear.
-Conclusion
This will be a very good product for me if it filters out sufficient amount of sound while maintaining details, atmosphere and feeling of the sound.
So I may simply try a 3M noise cancelling foam next time to see if it does better job.

I'm using them for band practise and gigging. They seem to work pretty well.
When using them when playing with a band it takes a bit of getting used to, especially when singing, but also because the sound from your instrument and the rest of the band obviously is not as clear as the normal (but too loud) sound without the hearing protection.
It would have been nice, though, if the earplugs would have been a little bit bigger, or if they'd have a choice in size.
Thomann's service was again good and quick.

I?m not sure whether this is normal in ear plugs but I do find that the definition in music on stage gets lost a bit. The response is not flat. I bought the simpler alpines and they seem better suited to my ear (not physically).
