Fits nicely but didn't last long

I bought this to replace the jack on a Warwick Corvette Std.
It fits nicely and it's not difficult to install.
However, I'm having problems when using cables with angled connectors (neutrik) as the sound cut off in a few occasions when gigging.
No problem with standard connectors
So, I'm in the process of replacing it...
