Excellentes baguettes pour le Metal

Je n'utilise plus que des baguettes Ahead depuis de nombreuses années. Un véritable plaisir que de jouer avec ces baguettes. Ce modèle est la signature du célèbre batteur de MÖTLEY CRÜE, Tommy Lee. Je les apprécie mais je préfère le modèle Rock, plus puissant pour le Metal, ou encore le modèle signature Rick Allen. Ceci dit, elles sont vraiment bien équilibrées, et elles ont un look spécial avec leurs gaines argentées. Côté prix, pour ceux qui pensent que c'est trop cher, il faut bien comprendre que ces baguettes sont extrêmement solides et durables, il suffit de changer les gaines quand elles commencent à montrer des signes d'usure, ce qui revient beaucoup moins cher que de changer de baguettes en bois sans arrêt. Au final, c'est économique, et même ludique avec ces gaines et ces olives que l'on peut changer à loisir, car il existe beaucoup de modèles à tester. A propos de bois, fini l'atelier de scierie partout, par terre mais surtout dans les cerclages des fûts, avec Ahead vous jouez "propre" ! Je sais aussi que beaucoup de batteurs ont des idées reçues sur ces baguettes, et NON, elles ne cassent pas les cymbales, ce sont les batteurs qui les cassent ; si vous savez jouer vos cymbales, sachez qu'il y a une absorption du choc de l'ordre de 50%, du coup elles sont justement conseillées pour cela. Idem pour les tendinites à répétition que j'avais en jouant avec du bois, terminé désormais. Je sais, tout ça sonne comme si j'étais un commercial de chez Ahead et ce n'est pas le cas, j'ai simplement testé le bois pendant de nombreuses années, Ahead aussi, j'ai pu comparer et mon bilan est clair, net et précis. Je ne jouerai plus avec des baguettes en bois. Ahead rules!!!

...wollte ich die Dingen unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Fantastischer rebound, lassen sich erstaunlich feinfühlig und angenehm spielen (vor allem, wenn man die Grösse bedenkt). Allerdings ist der rechte Mantel nach einem Monat schon dahin und so bin ich zurück zu meinen Dave Grohl Signature Sticks, die ich liebe. Als Versuch abgebucht...

Je les utilises depuis quelques mois et après quelques minutes d'utilisations c'est tout bonnement un réel plaisir de jouer avec.
Seul bémol concernant le cross stick sans présence mais à part ça le son un peu plus grave qu'avec des baguettes bois me satisfait au delà de ce que j'attendais.
Aucun problème d'équilibrage.
Les gaines de protections malgré ma frappe en rim shot n'ont pas bougées d'un poil, bref ultra recommandée pour les cogneurs
Maintenant j'ai une consommation de baguettes que même mon banquier me remercie :-)
