Nothing fancy, solid System
As I needed a new set of security locks, I bought these Warwick as they where cheaper than the Schaller, but as far as I can tell are compatible. The old ones had a few bad reviews as they used a different locking system, that sometimes wouldn't close, the new ones are exactly like the Schaller locks and so I'm confident enough to trust them.
The installation works exactly like the ones from Schaller, with the same, usual problem that it can get a bit tricky with a thick strap. But besides that, everything works fine and I don't see any negative point to use them.
The only problem I had, where that the existing hole in my Bass was to big, so I needed some other screws, or close the hole up before using them. But that is not the fault of the strap lock manufacturer.
If you need some new Security Locks or if you buy your first one, I don't see any reason to buy other ones if you just start to use a System and need to decide which one you want to use.

Scaller Compatible
a few years ago I bought 3 Scaller Security locks for my guitars and basses, and I really like them, very easy to use and last longing, but those Scaller now cost triple mora than that time... and I bought this one because its a lot cheaper (same price as the Scallers 4 years ago) and the are Virtually identical.
I was't sure before I got them but side by side is not much diference, so I'm really happy with them.
the quality I would say is the same as the Scallers, but I'm no 100% sure cuz I don't know if it was bad luck but 1 of the locks is a little bit stuck, is a little bit harder to function, the other one is perfect.
probably the quality control is not that meticulous but everything is working. with a bit of oil might get better?

Good and easy to install
The screws of my guitar were a bit bigger than the security lock ones, but I found an easy solution by inserting a toothpick in the screw hole so the new locks would screw tight.
After that, safe and easy to use.

Needed some tooling
Needed some tooling to fit other warwick locks i had in other guitars. Nothing difficult, just a few seconds on a grinding wheel. Besides that these are great

A strap lock that locks straps
Decent cheap strap locks.
Quality is slightly less than the Schaller version, but these work just as well, are compatible with Schaller, and are much cheaper!

Cheap and very good.
I already own several units, but this is my first black set. The color compliments my Jackson guitar, as the rest of the hardware is also black.
The straplocks themselves are quite easy to install and use. I see no problem with them whatsoever. These are probably my favorite straplocks.
I would recommend it to everyone, especially because straplocks are extremely important in order for one to save said person's guitar from falling in a bad moment.

Poor Quality Control
Bought these in black and in chrome for two of my bass and they simply didn't work straight out of the packet, the lock would catch when you tried to undo it and when you eventually got it out, it would;t go back in again! The metal was deformed. I love Warwick stuff normally so was disappointed by the quality control here. Buy Schaller instead.

Does what it's supposed to, but there are better alternatives
For the price it's a good product, it does the job. The strap button is made from plastic instead of metal. The operation is not as smooth as the ones made by Schaller, wich are a lot better.
