Good, but not for everything
For the price, quality is pretty fair. Seems to hold up, but take care that the feet radius is pretty small, so it's not very stable when using it with an uneven load, like a soft box for photography.

Decent light stand.
I use this for a light panel that's not very heavy. I wouldn't use heavier lights on it but it's a very nice edition to the gear bag. Very nice.

Decent enough stand - I use it with a lantern 65cm, it is a bit wobbly but acceptable for my use case, just behind the desk.
