My first trumpet
I can't say much as a beginner but I think this instrument has a higher quality craftsmanship than other ones in its price range.
I just love the tone quality and I feel something darker and more intimate in the sound with the larger bore.
I'm sure it was the best choice for me considering my budget and the sound what I am looking for.

Soo Glad Christmas Came Early
I’m a new player and started out on a $100 cornet off of Amazon…this was a HUGE upgrade! Not only did it hit the proper note with little effort, but this horn is gorgeous to boot. While I may have never heard of Thomann before, I can safely say that I am now a fan for life.

Solid upgrade to intermediate
Just got this as my second trumpet and it is a significant upgrade over my first ever silver-plated trumpet that I learned to play on. It produces a warm and soft sound and is quite expressive with the Bach 7C mouthpiece I bought with it. Definitely recommended at this price point.
