Bad quality shoulder straps and handles

Overall quality is really good but unfortunately, as I was carrying it to school the shoulder strap snapped in half and my Bassoon fell. The handles too started to wear down, only one month after I bought it. It would be a 5 star product without these issues.

Other than that I am satisfied with it and it is a great case for the price.
