Thomann Matterhörnli Nut Wood in F

My first one came, and the bell cover was broken. Thomman did a great job getting replaced. Would have been faster, but UPS is UPs. Got in time to place at 100th anniversary for a Schuhplattler Veriene. German. It was a hit with the others that also play. They really enjoyed the sound and the walnut color/ wood. It is a little heavier than most Alphorns, but rich heavy sound is worth it, especially playing with other players.

My husband and I have played this alphorn since early 2025 and have really enjoyed its ease and versatility in playing. It has been an excellent horn to learn the ways of alphorning!
