Nice to finally have something that goes all the way round, till now I was just using a small pipe that I'd cut a line in and wrapped it round the rim of my bell. This product it good because it is a continuous loop and doesn't leave anything exposed. My only observation is that it is a VERY tight fit, and quite difficult to get on, took me about 15 minutes, but I'd rather that than it be too loose.

All in all, very happy with it - it is completely colourless and clear too, so it's not noticeable in picture which is good for concerts.

Bought the item for my B&S GR51 tuba. Does what it was advertised for, good protection to the bell rim, minimal effect on sound. Recommended!
