I bought it for spare. It is a good shockmount

I have overdo it here, and I have ordered an extra Shockmount with my SCT 800 microphone.
The shockmount is good, and secure the microphone well. i thought that it might be the wick point in the SCT800, but I was wrong. Now I end up having a spare sitting in its box!

Great cheap shock mount. Build quality lacks a little and the thread isn't great but if you look after it they do last.

Other than that, good isolation and strong enough for the SCT 800.

Would recommend.
