Can fit any 9V battery
I needed this because none of the 9V batteries fit in my original cartridge anymore. It's a shame they built the original so small but at least they sell this for a cheap price. This one has plenty of room for any type of battery and fixed my problem.

Two is one, one is none!
I gig with an older Taylor 8-string baritone that came with the older ES-2 system (which works for my playing style very well).
No matter how I try and schedule the battery changes, every instance when a battery has began to fade on me, it’s been at a gig and in relative darkness when under pressure to carry on a set. In the dark and trying to rush it’s very easy to break one of these sleds.
The design of the battery sled is such that the spring parts do fatigue over time, and my guitar being a 2007 build has had about four replacements over the years.
These fit perfectly, and I keep two spares complete with new battery in each in a box inside the bag that carries my mic and leads.
This way I can just switch and go. It’s been invaluable to me in that regard, so I give it 5 stars.
The 4 stars for ‘quality’ are just down to the aforementioned fatigue on the sprung part of the clips — but this is likely unavoidable and doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the product — it’s a great replacement part and worth having. If you don’t gig often it’ll likely last you years and years.
