Have in mind the size of it
The Capacitor its quite easy to install as any opther capacitor, yet the thing to have in mind its the size of it. For most guitars, you might need to have it installed on a mini-potentiometer or installe strategically on the side of the pot that dont crash of touch the sides or walls from the guitar cavity.
As this is supposed to be installed on a Tone Pot, end tone pots are usually on the lower part of the guitar and the cavity its smaller, you might want to have this about the minipot and space distribution with this cap in advance.
If its for a Tele, you will have no problem as there is a bit more space, But stratocasters might be a bit a thing to consider befor soldering and trying.
Sound: The capacitor filters the high end sounds quite good, yet it doesnt guive you a very mudy sound, more like music being played on the next room type of sound.
I like it, but the tone its a personal preference thing, therefor i can suggest you that for this price, you can try it and check.
Personal recomendation: Thomann has the same Capacitor but in smaller size. That one will do the same trick ;)

A noticeable tonal improvement
Got this capacitor for the refurbishment of my old bass and was so impressed that I bought more and swapped another bass over.
Coupled with a reasonable cts pot this would cost about £10 to upgrade the tone of your guitar.
It loses far less of the nice frequencies which enables much better clarity at low tone settings as well as more control over my tone shaping.
If only all guitar upgrades were as cheap, easy and noticable!

It gave me the vintage sound
I bought this orange drop because i was really curious about why its so good. I used it on my Fernandes Decade jazzmaster because i really wanted my Wilkinson vintage 60's to pop out and have their sound coming through. I decided to take 22nF because it (especially these orange drops) give you more of a deeper sound and are really good for the mid and deep tones. I personally find jazzmasters and jaguars perfect for some rock, surf music, even some funk, so i really wanted my pickups to have this great sound. And it went perfectly! To be honest you wont hear too much of a difirence between 22 and 47nf, but at some notes it will sound deeper!!
Pros
Cheap
Deep, dull but clear sound
Easly placed
Cons:
This thing is huge! I didnt knew it was this big lol, the orange drop itself is a solid 2 by 1 cm cube, for the people who are on narrow surface ;)
In short: great orange drop, would buy it again, really recommended for vintage tones, or for rock they are great too! If you dont have too much soace in between your potmeters then i would recommend the smaller version, i believe fender has them as well.
Cheers!

I know this is debatable because when you mix good pots and good cables and good caps together with good pickups, it will obviously sound well. So while I cannot exactly point out the contribution of this capacitor to the overall sound, I'm gonna go ahead and assume that it does its job well. I've soldered it without a treble bleed and I'm really happy with my choice.

Fat and orange.
TAD quality but some guitars may not have the cavity space to install this cap.It did make an audible difference on my tele and now my tone control actually does something useful! Not alot of money to add some tonal variation on your guitars,

This is a brilliant Tone Cap
I purchased this Chinese made "Tube Amp Doctor" Polypropylene dielectric tone capacitor an an upgrade for a Mylar film capacitor. For some reason my Humbucker guitar was factory installed with with a 0.047μF (which is usually used for for Single Coils). I got this 0.022μF and it's quality is better then the Sprague brand! Very highly recommended. Better than the rest!

Great value
What can you say about capacitors? These do what they are supposed to do all while being a fantastic value for classic, iconic tone caps. Plus they look great in the control cavity of my Les Paul.
