got the Alpha 8 to expand my Big Six (as an aggregate device on Mac), and I’m very happy with it. It’s well made, looks beautiful, and feels very reliable. It works great with my Great River preamps, and you can also record synths directly into the Alpha 8. Highly recommended!

Ssl ALPHA 8 have an amazing sound and amazing converter's !
You can use it as an audio interface with 10g USB C... Which that means faster transfer..
Big big sound on monitoring!!
