Pure maple tone and stunning looks!
The Sonor AQ2 Studio is an absolute workhorse of a drum kit. The 7-ply maple shells deliver exactly what you expect: a warm, resonant tone with a great balance of attack and sustain. The 20-inch bass drum punches way above its weight, and the tuning range across the whole kit is incredibly versatile.
The SmartMount isolation system works perfectly, keeping the toms resonant without taking up unnecessary space. As for the Titanium Quartz finish, photos don't do it justice – under stage lights, the subtle sparkle looks absolutely premium. The hardware is solid, heavy, and reliable. Highly recommended for both gigging drummers and studio recording.
