I ordered it for my dear wife as a retirement gift. It looks good, sounds great and set-up was easy, except... some people might think I have a big head - but I don't. The ear pads (or cans as pros would call them) are too tight. While you can adjust the height of the cans for your ears, you cannot adjust the tension of the headband. The pressure exerted on my head is too much for me. My wife hasn't touched them either. She's being polite. The software is useless as I prefer to use my own EQ without Sennheiser's marketing interference. I haven't used the noise reduction as I live in a quiet area. Yes, they sound pretty good - but so do wired headphones at half the price that don't give me a headache. The Bluetooth is good. No cut outs. Neither my wife nor I have used them for calls thus far. My wife was going to use them to watch TV late at night while I sleep. Like I said, she wanted them but hasn't touched them since I gave them to her.

They take a little bit of setting up and getting used to. I'm no expert in sound quality but they sound pretty good to me. I like the long battery life, quick charging and the ability to connect an aux cable for monitoring recording.
