Very Easy To Use!!
I've had a couple of these that were heavily used for rehearsal and gigging and they hold up to heavy use. On stage I'll sometimes wear bigass boots and have stomped on these. I had one pedal that finally started going bad after 10 years, this could be fixed but it also nice to have spares. The wire is a bit too long for me so I mod mine and cut the wire shorter so its about the perfect length from my instrument without having this large coil of wire at my feet. Also you may want to mount these to a small board or tape them down when gigging they're small and light and move around.Of course the price could be a lot lower on these seeing whats inside them, still very simple so not much to break.

Works vintage Roland keyboards
I bought this to use the sustain function on my Roland E-15 keyboard. The pedal works for this job and is compatible with this device.
The pedal is well made (as exoected with Roland/Boss products), however the plastic casing feels somewhat cheap.
The pedal is also relatively small (around half the size of a boss guitar pedal) and lighter than I would like for a foot pedal.
The cable is hard-wired in also, making this harder to replace should it break in future.
Overall it’s a good product for the price, but I’d have preferred something more similar to the DP-10 were this compatible with my keyboard.

Decent backup pedal...
I recently purchased this pedal as a backup for a more expensive Yamaha pedal that I have been using for years with my Roland Phantom X7.
The Yamaha pedal is still working fine but I keep worrying about it being on its last legs. I tested the pedal out at a gig last week and the Roland pedal definitely doesn't feel as solid and is a bit lightweight but as long as you are not stomping around when playing the keyboard it works perfectly well.
I have also used the pedal as a control switch a couple of times and it works fine for that purpose as well.

Too light...
Got it for home use. That is for fun and rarely for work.
Pros:
Cheap and does what it should.
Cons:
Too light, slides a lot on wooden floor and padding doesn't help.

OK, but not ideal
It's ok and it does its job pretty well, but it is very light and as such would need to be fixed to the floor with velcro or some other adhesive to stop it from moving about. If buying again, I would go for a heavier unit.

Not good for gigs
This pedal works well, but if you're going to use it in live gigs, buy something heavier. It's very lightweight and moves away on every push, which is annoying especially when you play standing.
