Literally the NT1 but cheaper
Great microphone - amazing detail, extremely quiet, my voice sounds very natural with it and the included kit is also nice. Sound quality-wise it's exactly the same as the 5th gen NT1 but 50 EUR cheaper and without USB capabilities.

Really good microphone
The microphone is really good. It sounds very great and its nice with the included pop screen. The black design looks very nice. The included cable is long enough so you can just use it for all you need. Overall I really like the microphone with its included pop filter.

Noticeable difference from my previous setup.
I'm coming from a cheap Behringer C-1 and UM2 setup that was also possibly broken, it was a hassle to use, constant glitching from the headphone output, recordings sounded horrible. Bought this microphone with an Audient ID4 MKII, no more problems and noticeable difference in quality of my recordings, this is my second microphone, i haven't heard any higher-end microphones so i can't really compare it to other microphones. The microphone is practically noise-less, my previous set up was a noise-generator.

I love it
It sounds good β neutral and clear. It looks good, is very light, the shock mount is solid, and the cable is very long. The pop filter is decent β not exceptional, but it does the job correctly, though itβs far from perfect if you donβt know how to control plosive βPβ sounds and a lot of air hitting the mic. For the price, however, itβs a jackpot. It matches perfectly with every type of vocal and can be easily shaped with EQ. It handles processing very well, is not sibilant or harsh, and while it sounds a bit sterile, to my ears it makes the sound very clean β I like it.

Great sound and price but somewhat limiting features
Loved the open clear sound on acoustic guitar, guitalele and Irish bouzouki.
The price-quality ratio of this mic kit is great and I can find many uses for it, originally intended it for recording speech and vocals but seems to works nicely on instruments too. I intended it to replace my Studio Projects C1 mk2 and it works nicely for that.
Some negatives: the microphone body gives an impression of "too lightweight construction" which might likely cause resonations in some situations and definitely makes it less sturdy. It is much lighter weight than most similar style microphones.
AND this is extremely sensitive to handling noise, among the worst I have ever encountered. Even with the spider it can catch all resonance from the stand very easily, would definitely not use on live applications or as drum overhead. It feels like there is no internal shockmount for the capsule at all. This is certainly limiting... I still like to use AKG Perception mics for most applications because the internal shockmount is really good which just makes life easier, even when the NT1 is much better sounding in most situations I have tested so far. But like said the price-quality ratio of the NT1 kit is extremely good when you just find uses where stand resonances and handling noises don't cause issues

Almost perfect, but...
You may think that this is the perfect microphone for the money. Impressive package, very pleasant sound, low noise, 10 years warranty.
But.
This microphone has a very resonant body. It also seems that the capsule does not have sufficient vibration isolation. And even the microphone mount that comes with the kit does not save from extraneous sounds that arise due to insufficient vibration isolation of the capsule. And the resonant body only aggravates the situation. Be prepared to make additional efforts to solve these oversights.

Perfect for a first microphone
This is my first microphone and Iβm completely satisfied with it. From what Iβve researched, I understand that this microphone is the optimal option for someone looking for quality with a moderate price tag. It feels very sturdy and very well made. Working with it is a pleasure. I could not be happier with my choice! And Thomann processed my ordered perfectly, I will definitely shop here more.

Very good budget mic set!
Very good budget mic set! It works for vocals as well as for instruments... which surprised me. You can mix vocals and instruments with ease. Yes, experiments with this mic... you'll be surprised! It can beat any other high budget mic!!!

Meh
I'm not really sure what all the fuss is about.
I think the "Rode" name and their marketing team are probably much better than the mic itself.
There's honestly nothing wrong with this mic in principal:
It's a clear sounding microphone sure enough, but, after testing it against another vocal mic I bought at the same time I decided to return this one.
The main problem was that it picks up too much ambient noise.
The backing track was pretty very picked up very loud through the singers headphones.
And, when tested against the other microphone it recorded at a 7db quieter level... meaning that, if I turned up the gain to compensate, the ambient noise would be even more of a problem.
So, well it sounds very nice , in practical use it seemed pretty useless for me.
