The best Ukulele in the world ever!!!
I bought this after much, much deliberation because of the heavy price tag. However I need not worry, it is a truly amazing instrument. I am always amazed at a new sound or solo piece I can manage and everybody who hears it is blown away. I do like the fact that there are very few around, and to the point I have not seen anyone else with one at any of the events i've been too. So currently I feel special with it, until other players become convinced the price is right.

Really nice ukulele. It looks and sounds great.
Surprisingly rich low tones for an ukulele.
The only flaw is the upper switch button, which I frequently move when I am strumming. Easy to fix. Don't strum. Solo.

A combination of an electric guitar, or adjust the humbukers for screaming heavy metal/blues. redial the pots and get a classic Uk sound. The finish was second to non and the rosewood finger board are a bonus when it needs working on. I am so glad I bought the Instrument, it is a game changer from screaming lead lines then a rounded smooth back beat, or reggae chop.

Rocking the Uke
Love this Risa LP Ukulele, literally went straight to a group practice as soon as i picked it up without a chance to play it first, the sound was great, the finish superb, and required no adjustment out of the box, this LP feels so nice to play just like it's six string older brother, i would recommend this to any Ukulele players looking for a better amplified sound whether, blues, rock, jazz, country or dare i say it folk. I've played it mainly through an acoustic guitar amp but recently through a high gain valve amp, it worked well with both.

Risa Tenor Ukulele SC-Style CB
I received this new electric Uke about two weeks ago and have had a lot of fun with it. It sounds great and is easy to play. I really like the all metal strings compared to the nylon that most acoustic Ukes come with. The Uke is also very well made and looks like a Baby Gibson. I highly recommend Thomanns too. Although, I'm in the states. The transaction was smooth. I could track the Uke as it made its way to me. I had a number of email exchanges with all my questions answered.

When I say Ukulele the audience don't expect this!!!
Strumming a uke is great fun but I love playing blues and the sound of guitar blues.
Plugged into a Boss Cube Street II there's no limits to the sounds and genres that I can play on it. I can jam with my mate on his guitar at open mics.
I lead a uke band and I quickly found that I would get confused with the chord shapes when swapping between my guitars and the ukes so I sold my guitars and got this. Problem solved.
The zero fret helps it hold intonation. The quality of the build is first rate and the sound is excellent. With the flexibility of 2x twin Humbuckers, volume and tone controls, plugged in gives me the opportunity to shred like a good 'un or solo Over the Rainbow at the flick of a switch.
Two tips. 1. The strings need surprisingly little pressure or they do go too sharp.
The 3-way switch should be rotated so it operates fore and aft rather than up and down otherwise it is easy to knock it accidentally when strumming.

A knob was stuck
The knobs were stuck and making noise. Later I understood they were pushed in. Probably during transport. This I didn't like. The box was also damaged. I managed to pull them out and it's better now. But the instrument itself is great.

Best Electric Uke!
This is the best Electric Uke I own, it is not only beautiful but also has an amazing sound, the picks are really good, overall size is perfect.
