Ich habe mir diesen Wischer gekauft, um die Feuchtigkeit aus meinem Zink zu holen. Dazu war der Oboen-Wischer etwas zu gross. Nachdem ich 2cm von der Breite weggeschnitten hatte, ist es ein gutes Reinigungsgerät.

This cleaning set isn't appropriate for oboe, as the blue cord is too large to go through the reed hole, so it makes impossible to clean properly forth and back. Shame. Look for something else.
