Very sturdy and well made
We have around twenty of these in use in a secondary school Music Dept and can't fault them at all. Very good build quality, well soldered ends and sturdy cable.
I couldn't find a version that came with the smaller 3.5mm on the split end so we use adapters instead. They've had a rough life with kids handling them every day and not one of them has broken in six months.
Highly recommended.

Good stereo splitter
It's a good product for splitting stereo audio. My use case is having a single stereo output split between two headphones (digital piano output for two listeners, where one is playing and one is recording vocals, hence why speakers are not an option).
I appreciate the included thomann cable velcro. If using with headphones and this adaptor is hanging from a port, the two ports can cause a lot of "click-clack" sounds as they swing around, so it's important to fix them somewhere or have them on the floor to prevent this.
Only minor feedback:
It would be nice if it came with a 6.3mm jack adapter included, maybe as a bundle.

Works
It's a cable, doesn't really need much explanation. It simply works. Seems durable enough, no problems with it. I'm using it to record guitar without an audio interface

easy to modify
I bought this adapter to modify it, so that I get separate left and right channels on the 6,3mm jacks. I use it to plug two patch cables (left and right channel from a mixer) to the Atem mini video switcher. Modifying it was very easy, as the jacks can be easily unscrewed and opened. All you need is some basic soldering skills. The contact on the 6,3mm jacks is really good with patch cables, it doesn't crackle. Be aware that after you modify it, you void the warranty. But it's definitely worth a try!

Solid, does the job !
Nothing to complain about... No buzz, good quality, does the job.
I'm using it to plug 2 microphones in a stereo input to record a guitar. (Front and back mic.)

Great quality
Great quality. No loss in signal when using this. I use it to change the output on my Korg Triton Taktile 25 from a 3.5mm output to two 6.3mm outputs with no signal loss or crackling. I've used it this way for recording and live through PAs and have had no problems with either. Highly recommend

It's a nice quality cable, no compromise on sound that I can tell and it is really nicely made, it feels like it will last many years.

A good quality headphone splitter
Useful for splitting your ipod to 2 x sets of headphones while on the go.
Doesn't always work with mixers, although I would say it is cheap enough to give it a go.
