I honestly can't see the point of buying a more expensive speaker cable. Thomann's Pro Snake cables are top quality and really cheap too!

Good Speakon cable

The cable seems to be compact and lightweight, but the detail to attention could be a bit improved. The actual connector seems a bit fragile. But due to the fact that I do not connect and disconnect my amp head from the cabinet on a daily basis, I think it will do its job properly for a while. Price is also very affordable.

Professional gauge and solid connection for high-power rigs

I am using two of these cables to connect my Bass Amp head to a stack of two 800W cabinets. When you are dealing with a 1000W setup, the speaker cable is not the place to save money, and this pro snake TPL model is a pleasant surprise.
The first thing you notice is the thickness. With a 2.5 mm² wire gauge, it provides the necessary cross-section to handle high currents without signal loss or heat issues. It gives me great peace of mind. The connectors are robust, locking firmly into the Speakon sockets with a very positive "click" and zero wobble.
The cable is thick but remains flexible enough to manage behind the rack or stack. The signal is perfectly clean without compression, and the mechanical connection is rock solid. It’s a high-quality, professional-grade cable that I can highly recommend for any high-wattage power amp.

Perfect for rack management

This little cable can handle some power. I chose this 1.5m just for rack management. I connected them to my amps and to a female-female skpon panel mount. Does th job for a classic 2 way signal and ground for each side of my amps

What else is there to say apart from that? These cables are so chunky you can just tell they're up to the job. The only slight thing with these is I'm not really a fan of the locking clip compared to the ones that wrap around and are easier to get a grip on. Apart from that, great.

Doesent have the most give due to durability so you may have to a just a little to fit but it will always work

10 years later still going strong!

Ordered this 10 years ago, connected my head to cabto cabt's sat there since. Been with me through 3 moves, countless shows and not exactly the best treatment and has never failed once. Lovely!
