Truss rod setup made easy
Fanasis 25.01.2026
I don't plan to work much on frets, that's for my guitar tech, he has to make a living. But this thing helps a lot with setting the truss rod almost 100% flat (maybe a hair less). Then you can do a slight adjustment to get it to your liking. Already set two guitars with it and they play almost to perfection. Looks and feels sturdy. Very happy overall.

GA
Good tool overall, not for pros
Giorgos Anastasopoulos 19.03.2026
The tool seems to be precise, well within specs and the idea of having 3 in 1 is brilliant. What i didn't like is that the edges of the notched sides are very sharp and can injure the fretboard easily, even when you are careful enough and experienced. I have been working as a guitar technician for more than 20 years and i didn't like it when i saw the fretboard scratched just by touching the notched side on it to make measurements with a filler. Nothing serious that I couldn't fix, but still my opinion is that it should be more refined in the edges of the notched sides. That said, I understand that production of such a ruler with that kind of attention to detail would have to cost triple the money but that doesn't mean I wouldn't buy it....I would definitely do! All in all, it's a good tool for hobbyists or for making measurements in your guitar, but not for professional work!

N
A good product but pray for not having any issue with thomann
NicoFG 02.09.2024
The product is great but be careful of thomann, customer service lies all the time (when is the product gonna be in stock, a “manager will contact you back” which never happened), they live you for 2 months without any answer, do not respect the customer and can’t even take the time to apologise when they do a mistake…. The item is very well build and you can feel the quality but really pray for not having an issue with thomann…
