Very mushy.
Bought these for a buddy who needed to replace his Les Paul 3-way switch, and he chose this one. On first glance it looks alright, the solder sticks well and you don't have to be overly carefull with overheating any of the parts. Too bad it's so mushy. There's so litle tactility in switching through the positions that you're never sure that it'll stop in the right place. It's fine in the middle position, but the other two feel as if it's going to jump back into the middle. Usually these switches have both an audible and a tactile click, and this has neither of those, just feels mushy, as if it doesn't really lock in place. As far as function goes it works well, for now, but the way it feels leaves a lot to be desired. Would not put it in anything that I use on stage.

Poor quality
I was quite disappointed with the quality of this switch. Mine wouldn't stay fixed in one of the positions and would return to center after slightest touch. So it was impossible to use on guitar.
I had to disassemble it and bend internal contacts, trying to find the balance between toggle staying fixed in edge positions and not being too wobbly in central position. After an hour of fiddling with it I managed to get it to work properly, but it was no fun. That's not the quality I would expect from Goldo.
Now I don't expect it to last for long either. I will probably replace it in future for a better one.

Hard to recommend
I wanted to replace my "cheap" chinese switch in my tele, and bought this one as a "better" replacement.
Unfortunately this switch broke after two weeks, even though I am quite gentle with my switching (haven't done any "killswitching" stuff).
Only good thing I can say is that with broken switch you're basically stuck in the middle position, so you don't loose your signal completely.
I managed to fix it because I'm quite handy person, and it wasn't easy.
I will look to replace it as soon as possible, so It's hard for me to recommend this product.

It works fine
My Yamaha BB424 had major issues with the toggle switch. The neck position was not always working and almost once a week I had to bent the metal plates of the switch, to improve the connection between them.
This switch saved the bass from me throwing it out of the window.
The installation was easy for me. (No instruction manual is included but there is no need). It is working very nice with no issues until now and looks like it will stay like this for a long time. Definitely a huge improvement for my Yamaha.
The only drawback is that at the middle position, the switch is quite loose but thankfully this doesn't affect the sound and the functionality. That's why I couldn't give 5 stars for the quality.
The delivery was fast as always. Thomann has left me satisfied again and that is why I choose to buy only from here. Well done guys!

Super switch.
I got this switch for my old, old Danelectro, original switch was crackling too much on the neck pickup position.
The neck shape, fret spacing & sound of this guitar make it irreplaceable as an "almost" acoustic guitar without the feedback problems. I use it a lot, so repairs have to be good.
I have used this switch before and find it reliable and pretty silent in use, the position is positive & definite, the body is earthed too and helps avoid unwanted noise at high volume.
Good things are not always expensive. This switch is a good example.
01/02/17 update. I fitted another of these switches to a friends (not so expensive) guitar, he now claims that the positive connections of this switch have thickened up the sound of his guitar, he always uses his AC30 on the same settings onstage, sure enough, the before and after live recordings proved this.

Does the job!
For the money i think it pretty ok!
I use this in a tele project i made as a killswitch.
The switching is not as good as other more expensive ones, but for the price it is more than expected.
No noise or hiss from the contacts.

Great functionality, shoddy build
I don't now if it's just the unit I received or otherwise.
Installed in a LP guitar and functions perfectly, with no crackle in the sound or interruption.
However the switch itself has some play in it, and weirdly enough it kind of came apart. Nothing a little glue couldn't fix, however I feel the build quality was poor.

I bought this for replacement my switch on Epiphone Les Paul Custom, definitely one of best upgrade.
And of course, the Thomann shipping and care for the customer is fantastic.

This switch was malfunctioning. The constact were not properly insulated... I took it all apart and fidled with it unit it more or less worked. But it still is very wobbly. I would avoid this one.
