A quality fx unit...
I bought this as a practice unit and because of wires: I hate them. I used to have way too much clutter with pedals, power supplies, and cables, when I just wanted one unit that could tidy up my floor and free me to play more instead of 'setting up' and 'packing away'. I'd been doing more looping lately and as soon as I heard this thing packs a looper, drums, effects, and a lithium battery, I was sold.
Pros:
- the battery! I don't know of any other large and feature packed multi-fx unit that has one.
- clean switching and 'tails' between great effects.
- the drums sound good
Cons (all fixable with a firmware upgrade - c'mon Mooer!):
- the drum settings or loops can't be saved
- the drums have very few choices (20 total)
- there's no undo / redo for the looper.
Verdict: I love it. I'm considering selling my nano cortex

Nam captures, long looper, decent effects, the only thing that would make things better is if it had Bluetooth, a dedicated Exit button for user experience, if the led changed colour instead of blinked when you changed the settings of each block, if the expression pedal was not so easily deactivated (a universal problem with expression pedals), if you could rearrange FX blocks and if it had an FX loop. But, it's battery powered, converts nam files, has great sounding amp Sims, and is lightweight and has a bunch of foot switches. I have no complaints, this thing is excellent and more than enough for a meathead bedroom guitarist like myself.
