I took these bells for having a new sound
and I found interesting.
The sound is well balanced, loud to cut trough an amplified ensamble (of course on some limit)
and can be used for several purposes,
for recording,
for to give some rhythmic pulse
and the most important factor: The pitch isn't nasty!
Completely satisfied
Pros:
Robust, cheap but effective
Cons:
No cons

Nice sound!
I record various music in my home studio and continuously extend my set of percussion instruments, this came next in the row. I do not regret this buy, it really fits the purpose. The sound is dense and balanced, not harsh. I was looking for exactly this sound! It fits well in volume with other percussion instruments. The handle is a little thin for me, but still ok. The quality is good, seems robust and I would say it is even looking good!
