Does it's job!
It's a simple stand, that performs well if you're just leaving it in the studio. It probably won't be very reliable if you're on stage, but so far I lack that experience to judge accurately.
I'm usually not a fan of floor stands as they give me the feeling of taking up too much space, but since I can't drill any more holes on the wall of my rented apartment, it works well, and if you have a full sized, or jumbo acoustic, you won't even really notice the black stand behind it.
So... Yeah, why not, right?

Value for money
Really good stand, especially for the money that you pay. I believe the only thing you need to be careful is when you put the guitar on the stand, because only at that time it's waving a bit and you need to pay attention. Overall, it's a really nice stand and worth buing it if you're looking for a simple and cheap solution.

Very light, easy to fold and stable
Well as title sais, that's all there is to it. It's surprisingly small compared to other guitar stands I own, and was actually expecting something much less stable, especially since I bought it for my D-120 CE which has a rather large body.
Folds very easy and it is really descreet. All you can see are the 2 little hooks at the bottom of the guitar, so even esthetically good.
I would absolutely recommend.

Good stand for carrying in a gigbag
I bought it for the purpose of carrying around in a gig bag. It is light, easy to set and easy to carry. It fits into the front pocket of my simple gigbag. I like it and would buy it again,

Light Acoustic
I have to admit that this is not a strong stand, but, it folds really tight, not space consuming, and it is steady. Keep in mind that I use it for a very light acoustic guitar. Never has tilt over and it's still in one piece.

Disappointed
Although it's built okayish, it's just not that safe for your guitars.
Just today, my Fender Acoustic broke in half because my friend literally touched the stand with minimal power as he was walking next it.
I do not recommend. Get something more stable.

Millenium GS-2008 A
If you are looking for a cheap, simple to use guitar stand, this is your guy right here.
it's a nice little thing that does exactly the job. If you're looking for symmetry and perfect built (which i can't really imagine why) you will be a little disappointed.
from my point of view, my guitar looks comfy with no scratches what so ever, just the way i like it :)

Really handy stand
I bought it because you can carry it anywhere. I put it on tour in my cables bag and it was perfect. I doesn't have the best stability but it's not bad for such a small thing. Really easy to set up.

great stand
this stand is fantastic for most guitars. however, I have noticed that it is a little bit finicky with certain offset bodies. this is not a big problem at all, but something to take into account when buying
