Mellotron Micro Module

I enjoy having this module beside me and working with it whenever I need mellotron sounds. Actually it is one of the favorite things I have in studio.
It did come with noise issue when connected to MIDI.
Issue is known and there is a firmware to fix it, but in order to do so, you need to have an Apple device because, up to this date, there is no support for Android or Windows.
After the firmware problem was solved kinda but, from my experience, noise can still happen with some devices connected to this module.
With all being said, I still love it and I don't plan to get rid of it

This is an amazing module for anybody looking for those vintage tones such as one might hear on recordings by the Beatles, The Moody Blues, Genesis, King Crimson, and many many more.

Now here's the part that will strike most people as a bit unusual.. I am playing mine with my guitar. I have a Roland guitar synthesizer going into a Roland gr30, and I send a midi signal out from that into the Mellotron Micro Module. It works perfectly and opens up an entire new world of sounds for me, very organic sounds that I have heard all my life on records that I love. Imagine how happy I was when I realized that I could get those sounds so easily using my guitar!

The build quality is super solid, and all the components are very high grade. The displays are nice and easy to read, all the controls are intuitive, making for a very nice interface. There are lots of things you can do beyond the interface controls for those who enjoy menu diving for a finer level of control.

10 minutes after it arrived, I had it connected, making sounds I never thought I would ever be able to make with my guitar. I have recently also connected it with a midi keyboard and that was super fun too! Get one of these, or get two of them if you can - you will not be disappointed!
