Very very good alternative to drumsticks for quieter playing

This particular model is sturdy and gets very close to light stick models sound wise. Previously used another make/brand but the more I discover the Meinl range of sticks and brushes the more I like it. Haven't got through durability test yet to see how long they last but those extra plastic parts should help protect the rods from chipping when landing on cymbal edges. Overall very good and worth a place in my stick bag.
