Meinl 16" Classics Extreme China

I purchased this cymbal from Thomann just over a year ago, and I have been very impressed with it. It is built to last, and it sounds great. The decay is longer than I was expecting, and to start with the sound even slightly overpowered my 17" Zildjian A Custom crash, but the sound of this cymbal has improved with some use (and dirt!). It's great for live shows where the cymbals can't be mic'd, as it cuts through the mix nicely. I bought this as a mid-price replacement for an older china and was planning to replace it with another Zildjian, but the sound and tone of this cymbal has grown on me, and a year later it's still part of my setup.
