Medium size thumb pick
It does the job, I have small fingers, and still this feels a bit small.
I recommend buying one pick of each size, just to be sure that the pick feels comfortable when playing.
These picks need a lot of filing down and stuff like that, that been said, buy at least a few if you by mistake file down too much of the pick.

Almost perfect
As a long time Dunlop user (the only thumb pick available to me growing up) I wasn't expecting much in the way of surprises when ordering from a different company but man what a difference a pick makes. First time I've felt such a snug grasp on my thumb without resorting to my usual routine of scoring and sanding the inner band. Thinner but with a stronger grip. Didn't have to dip it in boiling water to shape it either. Never felt like I had to readjust after a few minutes playing, it hung on there like a demon and made me wonder if I should just leave it on my thumb forever after.
Maybe it's just incidental to my mid-small hand size being the perfect mark, might be I got lucky with this one (1) single pick I ordered and I'll be mega disappointed on my next order, but as a long time picker I know good when I see it and this pick is perfect.
Note : I took 2-3mm off the tip by giving it the carpet treatment. (running the tip across a carpet at high speeds to generate heat and melt a little bit off the edges of the tip )

The first time I use it.
It is the first time that I use thumb pick and it feels different, I think it will take some time to get used to it. But cool!

A good alternative to the Dunlop
Wanted to try something different. The size is very similar to the Dunlop medium. The length of the blade/tip is the same size as the white dunlop M.
The color is nice. With a bit of warm water or the kettle trick you can make it fit perfectly to your thumb. A good buy, I'm satisfied.
