Solid and comfortable
I use this stool for double-bass playing, classical music. I usually play in standing position, buyt when I need to seat, this is the best way to do it. The stoll is so solid and adjustments are enough to allow finding the best position. It is not so light, but you have to pay something to solidity. Construction quality is at the top. I'm really happy with it.

Awkward to adjust, doesn't stay in position
The seat gradually tilts out of position as I'm using the stool. It doesn't stay put.
The handle is awkward to use as it is sprouting so close under the seat that it gets stuck against the seat when trying to adjust, so you have to reposition the handle to retighten and hope it doesn't loosen the seat in the process.
The folding feature is awkward too: either it folds too easily when you're just trying to pick up the stool and move it, or it's so stiff that trying to fold the stool up for storage means you have to pause to readjust the tightness just to put the stool away. A folding seat needs to be convenient and reliable, but I wouldn't consider this item too be either.
It's frustrating as the seat is comfortable and the item is strongly built, but the problems with adjustability and folding let it down.

Sturdy chair
It feels well built and sturdy. Easy to setup and stows away nicely. I'm pretty tall at 186 cm and I can't fit my feet on the foot rest. If I bought it again I would add the backrest. Highly recommended

Sturdy & well made
Easy to assemble and nicely adjustable this stool is perfect for the guitarist it was bought for. It folds up nicely and when out provides a very stable seat for the musician. I found the packaging a bit loose so care is needed when opening. Otherwise, great value.

Great addition for a mobile rig
This stool seems high quality at first, but after a year or so of (not so heavy) use, it is showing signs of deterioration already.
Leather is ruptured in the front (thankfully very tiny hole and barely visible)
The rubber feets always come off, I am thinking of gluing them in place.
The screw handle to adjust the angle of the seat requires tremendous amount of force to really hold the thing in place
All in all, easy to install (does require tools) and does the thing, even better with the backrest K&M 14032 !

Flexible and easy to carry
Sturdy construction and good quality. The adjustable height and footrest are great features, allowing you to find a comfortable position regardless of your height.
