JBL BandBox Solo

I don’t get those who say “I thought it would sound better bla bla bla”. Please consider its size. It’s replacing my Blackstar Fly 3 as a grab and go coach amp. It DOESN’T replace my tube amps or Tonex or Helix.
You shouldn’t compare it on price alone, either. Yes there’s bigger amps in this price range, but you don’t buy a laptop if you need a smartphone.

So given its intended use and audience I’m impressed.

Small cons: app seems to be mandatory to really explore the features (I hate apps when it comes to music). There are lags in responsiveness- you press a button and nothing happens immediately.
There’s also annoying delay between starting a music and hearing it over Bluetooth through this speaker (not only for stem separation, regular playback as well).

But size to sound quality ratio - excellent
