J. Rockett Audio Designs Rockett 45 Caliber

I have a Jan-Ray for those cranked Fender Blackface amp-in-a-box tones, a Shin’s Dumbloid for Dumble & a Les Lius for Tweed. Marshall was missing, hence the purchase. It’s a great pedal for that compressed MIAB flavour. My amps: Suhr Hombre & Marshall ST20 JTM Studio in stereo. IMO, The .45 Caliber excels with a Jazzmaster and (in my experience) also when stacked with either a Les Lius, Vemuram Shanks ii Fuzz, or a Tube Screamer (all placed before the J Rockett). I personally enjoy the gold finish, small-ish footprint and top-mounted jacks. It feels high quality.

Great soft overdrive pedal for OD stage 1. The sound is wow!
the knobs always change position when put it in the bag, that's the only problem for me.
