I'm not sure what to rate on a bottle cap but it's nice

A nice reusable needle head, even works on some other random bottle of oil I had laying about. I generally remove it after applying oil but I didn't have problems with leakage even with the blue plastic cap. Long enough for every hard-to-reach part of my horn.
